BIOGRAPHY

Tanya is a singer/songwriter from Milton Keynes. Tanya has been performing since the age of 6, at the age of 8 Tanya started to really find her passion in singing. Tanya has been writing her own material since she was 13, she then went on to record her first original track at 14.

At the age of 16 Tanya moved to London to complete a one year foundation course in musical theatre at Performers college, straight after that Tanya went onto a three year course in musical theatre at Stella Mann college. Tanya has just completed a one year intense course at Vocal tech in music theory and songwriting.

Tanya was part of a duo called Harmonize and a band called Takin Libities, where they performed across Northampton and London. Since then Tanya has decided to go as a solo artist, where she performs at least twice a week, her most recent venues have been Camden Lock, The Stables, Sadless Wells, Stantonbury Theatre, Oxford theatre, The Royal Albert Hall, Campbell park festival as well as pubs and clubs across Milton Keynes, Northampton and London.

Alongside this Tanya is performing\plugging her own material with her guitarist across London and Milton Keynes. Tanya is currently competing within the Open Mic UK competition where she is now through to the Arena finals.
